  • Selbstständige Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung eines eigenen Mandantenstamms (Unternehmen aus unterschiedlichsten Branchen und Privatpersonen)
  • Erstellung und Review von Jahresabschlüssen sowie Steuererklärungen für Unternehmen verschiedenster Rechtsformen
  • Steuerliche Gestaltungsberatung - Einbringen von Spezial Wissen ist erwünscht
  • Ansprechpartner für unser Team an Steuerberatern, Steuerfachangestellten und Bilanzbuchhaltern in fachlichen und organisatorischen Themen
  • Funktion als Schnittstelle zwischen Mitarbeitenden und Geschäftsführung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführung und Personalleitung in Fragen der Qualitätssicherung, Prozessoptimierung und Personalentwicklung
  • Mitwirkung an internen Projekten, insbesondere zur Digitalisierung, sowie Weiterentwicklung unseres Leistungsportfolios

Dein Profil

  • Erfolgreich bestandenes Steuerberaterexamen
  • 5–7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Steuerberatung, idealerweise mit eigenem Spezialgebiet oder besonderer Expertise - allerdings: bei uns zählt dabei nicht die absolute Dauer, sondern der Beitrag, das Lernen, die Haltung
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, fundiertes Fachwissen und sicherer Umgang mit komplexen Mandaten
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team und Bereitschaft, fachliche Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen in der fachlichen oder disziplinarischen Führung
  • Strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Kommunikationsstärke
