Als Customer Service Medewerker bij HG België speel je daarin een sleutelrol. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten, vertegenwoordigers en logistieke partners en zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen vlekkeloos verloopt. Je werkt in een internationale omgeving waarin samenwerking, eigenaarschap en continu verbeteren centraal staan. Jouw werk heeft direct invloed op de tevredenheid van klanten én op het succes van ons BE/FRA/LU-team.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je verwerkt en factureert klantorders en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige orderinvoer.
  • Je bewaakt het volledige orderproces, van bestelling tot levering.
  • Je volgt leveringen op en schakelt met klanten, transporteurs en het distributiecentrum bij vragen of afwijkingen.
  • Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten en het sales team in België, Frankrijk en Luxemburg.
  • Je beheert en actualiseert klantgegevens in onze systemen.
  • Je ondersteunt bij rapportages en administratieve werkzaamheden rondom orderverwerking.
  • Je signaleert knelpunten in processen en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten kunnen rekenen op een snelle, professionele en oplossingsgerichte service.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's van Sales, Logistiek en Customer Service om een optimale klantbeleving te realiseren.
  • Je draagt bij aan de verdere groei van HG in de BE/FRA/LU-markt door een betrouwbare en efficiënte dienstverlening.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Country Cluster Manager BE/FRA/LU en speelt een belangrijke rol in de verbinding tussen klanten, commerciële activiteiten en logistieke processen.

Wie ben jij

  • Bachelor opleidingsniveau
  • Ervaring in een administratieve of customer service functie
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om prioriteiten te stellen
  • Nauwkeurig, proactief en servicegericht
  • Communicatief sterk en prettig in de samenwerking
  • Goede kennis van Outlook en Excel
  • Goede beheersing van het Nederlands, Frans en Engels
  • Ervaring met AI-tools (zoals Copilot) is een pré Houd er rekening mee dat wij voor deze functie geen visum- of werkvergunning­sponsoring bieden. Daarom beschik je over een geldige EU-werkvergunning.
