Planejar, coordenar e gerenciar as políticas e processos de Recursos Humanos da empresa, garantindo a atração, retenção, desenvolvimento e engajamento dos colaboradores, alinhados aos objetivos estratégicos da organização e à legislação trabalhista vigente.

Gestão Estratégica de Pessoas

  1. Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de gestão de pessoas alinhadas ao planejamento estratégico da empresa.
  2. Assessorar a diretoria e gestores na tomada de decisões relacionadas à gestão de pessoas.
  3. Elaborar, revisar e monitorar indicadores de desempenho de RH.
  4. Gerenciar a estrutura organizacional, organograma e descrições de cargos.
  5. Elaborar e acompanhar o orçamento anual da área de Recursos Humanos.

Recrutamento e Seleção

  1. Gerenciar os processos de recrutamento e seleção para todos os níveis organizacionais.
  2. Definir estratégias de atração e retenção de talentos.
  3. Garantir a qualidade dos processos seletivos e das avaliações de candidatos.
  4. Emitir pareceres técnicos e acompanhar o período de experiência dos colaboradores.

Treinamento e Desenvolvimento

  1. Elaborar e acompanhar o Plano Anual de Treinamento.
  2. Identificar necessidades de capacitação junto aos gestores.
  3. Coordenar programas de desenvolvimento de liderança.
  4. Promover ações voltadas ao desenvolvimento técnico e comportamental dos colaboradores.
  5. Monitorar a eficácia dos treinamentos realizados.

Gestão de Desempenho

  1. Coordenar os ciclos de avaliação de desempenho.
  2. Acompanhar planos de desenvolvimento individual e coletivo.
  3. Apoiar gestores na condução de feedbacks e gestão de equipes.
  4. Promover programas de reconhecimento e valorização profissional.

Cargos, Salários e Benefícios

  1. Gerenciar a política de cargos, salários e remuneração.
  2. Realizar estudos salariais e pesquisas de mercado.
  3. Acompanhar programas de benefícios e qualidade de vida.
  4. Garantir a competitividade e equidade interna das práticas de remuneração.

Relações Trabalhistas

  1. Garantir o cumprimento da legislação trabalhista e das políticas internas.

  1. Desenvolver ações de comunicação interna e fortalecimento da cultura organizacional.
  2. Planejar eventos corporativos e campanhas internas.
  3. Promover iniciativas voltadas ao engajamento e clima organizacional.
  4. Coordenar programas de inclusão, diversidade e responsabilidade social.

Gestão de Equipe

  1. Liderar a equipe de Recursos Humanos.
  2. Definir metas, acompanhar resultados e promover o desenvolvimento da equipe.
  3. Garantir a padronização e melhoria contínua dos processos de RH.
  4. Representar a área de RH em reuniões estratégicas e auditorias.
