Purpose of the Role The Account Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of print, temporary POS, permanent and semi-permanent fixture programmes, including installation, rollout and ongoing maintenance activity across the Australia account. The role manages projects from client brief, specification and quotation through production, logistics, site readiness, installation, maintenance and final close-out. The Account Manager will independently lead project-specific client and supplier conversations, while the Senior Account Manager retains overall client relationship, portfolio and account ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Own assigned print, temporary POS, permanent and semi-permanent fixture programmes from initial brief through specification, quotation, production, delivery, installation, maintenance and close-out. Work directly with client stakeholders to clarify project requirements, timelines, budgets, approvals, rollout plans, site needs and expected outcomes. Translate client requirements into accurate production briefs, technical specifications, supplier instructions and installation scopes. Provide technical input and advice on print, materials, 3D POS, retail fixtures, installation methods and maintenance solutions to achieve quality, cost, sustainability and timing requirements. Build and maintain integrated project schedules covering artwork, sampling, engineering, approvals, production, freight, site readiness, installation, snagging and close-out. Obtain, review and challenge supplier, logistics and installation quotations to ensure competitiveness, feasibility, value and clear scope coverage. Coordinate artwork, colour, prototypes, samples, engineering, production approvals and quality-control requirements where applicable. Manage production suppliers, installers, field-service partners, logistics providers and site contacts, ensuring all parties have accurate and timely information. Develop installation and rollout plans covering site surveys, access, scheduling, resources, freight, dependencies and contingency requirements. Confirm site readiness requirements, permits, inductions, risk assessments, method statements and other Health and Safety documentation as applicable. Monitor production and rollout activity against approved specification, quality, budget and delivery dates, identifying risks early and driving corrective action. Oversee installation execution where required, ensuring fixtures and materials are installed safely, correctly and in line with approved specifications and brand standards. Manage installation issues, snagging and operational escalations, coordinating timely resolution and escalating broader client or commercial matters to the Senior Account Manager. Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance, repairs, replacements and refresh activity to protect fixture condition and minimise retail downtime. Maintain accurate project and site records, including approvals, schedules, risk logs, completion evidence, asset registers, service histories, snagging logs and maintenance schedules. Use HH Global platforms for quoting, ordering, purchasing and invoicing and ensure all commercial and administrative information is complete, accurate and timely. Lead project-specific client and supplier meetings, provide clear updates and independently represent HH Global within the agreed project scope. Provide flexible delivery support across the account during workload peaks and collaborate with the wider team to maintain continuity and resilience. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, value engineering, supplier development and more sustainable production, installation and maintenance solutions.
