Purpose of the Job The Senior Creative Artworker (Creative Adaptation) plays an important role in bringing approved campaign creative to life across multiple customer touchpoints, while helping to elevate the quality and impact of our print, digital, motion and screen-based content. The Senior Creative Artworker (Creative Adaptation) is responsible for adapting approved key visuals and creative direction across print, digital and motion channels. Working alongside the Creative Lead, the role will use strong creative judgement to ensure campaigns translate effectively across formats, dimensions and customer touchpoints, whilst maintaining visual consistency and brand integrity. The role combines creative adaptation, artwork production and motion capability, helping to enhance digital execution, elevate animation quality and support the rollout of national campaigns. Campaign origination remains with the Creative Lead; however, this role is expected to contribute creative recommendations and solutions that improve how approved campaigns are executed. Key Responsibilities
Adapt approved key visuals and campaign creative across print, digital and motion channels. Produce engaging campaign assets across printed posters and promotional collateral, social media, email, mobile, digital and venue screens, as well as animated and video formats. Create high-quality animation, motion graphics and video content from approved creative direction. Apply creative judgement to ensure approved creative translates effectively across different formats, dimensions and aspect ratios. Make creative recommendations that enhance campaign execution across print, digital and motion, including improvements to layouts, animation and content rollout, while remaining aligned with the approved campaign direction. Produce final assets in required formats including PDF, PNG, JPG, GIF and MP4. Ensure all assets align with brand guidelines, approved creative direction and campaign objectives. Conduct quality checks and resolve artwork and production issues. Maintain organised files, templates, assets and version control processes. Manage multiple briefs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate closely with Creative Leads, Project Managers, production teams and operations. Accurately complete timesheets and follow agreed workflow processes.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Proven experience adapting campaign creative across print, digital and motion channels. Strong experience working from approved key visuals and creative direction. Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Strong experience using After Effects and/or Premiere Pro. Experience creating motion graphics, animations, GIFs and short-form video content. Strong layout, typography and visual composition skills. Ability to apply creative judgement whilst working within an approved creative direction. Solid understanding of print, digital and motion production processes. Experience producing final assets across multiple formats and channels. Strong organisational and time-management skills in a high-volume environment. Comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with creative, production and project management teams. Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with clear and professional communication skills.
