Collaboratore / Collaboratrice pulizie e gestione case (m/f/d)

Le tue mansioni Pulizia e preparazione di appartamenti da vacanza Controllo degli immobili prima dell'arrivo e dopo la partenza degli ospiti Verifica dello stato generale degli alloggi e segnalazione di eventuali danni o anomalie Comunicazione tempestiva all'ufficio locale qualora siano necessari interventi tecnici o altri servizi Collaborazione con il team locale per garantire elevati standard di qualità Lavoro di squadra e supporto ai colleghi nelle attività operative quotidiane

Il tuo profilo Esperienza nelle pulizie, preferibilmente in appartamenti turistici, strutture ricettive o abitazioni private Precisione, affidabilità e senso di responsabilità Spirito di squadra e predisposizione alla collaborazione Patente di guida categoria B Veicolo proprio indispensabile (preferibile 4x4) Flessibilità e autonomia nel lavoro

Mitarbeiter/in Reinigung und Ferienwohnungsbetreuung (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben Reinigung und Vorbereitung von Ferienwohnungen Kontrolle der Objekte vor Anreise und nach Abreise der Gäste Überprüfung des allgemeinen Zustands der Wohnungen sowie Meldung von Schäden oder Unregelmässigkeiten Rechtzeitige Information des lokalen Büros, wenn technische Einsätze oder andere Dienstleistungen erforderlich sind Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen Team zur Sicherstellung hoher Qualitätsstandards Teamarbeit und Unterstützung der Kolleginnen und Kollegen im täglichen operativen Geschäft

Dein Profil Erfahrung in der Reinigung, idealerweise von Ferienwohnungen, Beherbergungsbetrieben oder Privathaushalten Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit Führerschein Kategorie B Eigenes Fahrzeug erforderlich (vorzugsweise 4x4) Flexibilität und selbstständiges Arbeiten
