Escopo do Trabalho O Account Coordinator dará suporte ao Account Director ou ao Account Manager e a toda a equipe em geral no desenvolvimento e coordenação de todos os projetos de forma eficaz. Essa pessoa trabalhará em estreita colaboração com fornecedores, membros da equipe interna e stakeholders externos (cliente) para garantir que os projetos sejam comprados e executados de uma forma que garanta qualidade e preços competitivos, ao mesmo tempo em que supervisiona e executa um alto volume de projetos complexos. Principais Responsabilidades

Auxiliar no projeto e briefs criativos, reunindo os requisitos do projeto e gerenciando os aspectos de produção em nome do cliente, trabalhando com fornecedores nos cronogramas de entrega e mantendo o status atualizado dos projetos atribuídos Apoiar o Account Director ou ao Account Manager com recomendações para clientes e na compilação de atualizações de contas e projetos para apresentações importantes conforme indicado Colaborar com os departamentos internos para garantir a entrega no prazo de todas as campanhas e projetos Auxiliar na compilação de orçamentos e apresentações para projetos-chave Executar a produção com eficiência de acordo com os procedimentos descritos nos processos de negócios Construir e desenvolver relacionamentos bem-sucedidos com várias partes interessadas nos negócios do cliente Preparar relatórios de status para todos os projetos ativos para o Account Director ou o Account Manager para revisão e uso da empresa Garantir que o rastreamento de metas e o cumprimento de SLAs (Acordos de Nível de Serviço) e Indicadores de Desempenho (KPIs) sejam consistentes com os padrões do cliente e requisitos contratuais e KPIs internos relacionados à eficiência operacional. Inserir todas as especificações do projeto e dados relevantes em um sistema interno de compras e manter os principais pontos de dados no sistema, incluindo cotações de clientes, pedidos de compra e faturas

Conhecimentos, Habilidades + Experiência

Experiência profissional em agência, marketing ou ambiente geral de atendimento ao cliente Forte atenção aos detalhes com habilidades comprovadas de gerenciamento de projetos Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e apresentação, com capacidade de interface com profissionais de nível sênior Altamente proficiente com o software MS Office, especialmente Excel e PowerPoint Mentalidade empreendedora com um impulso interno para atingir metas continuamente e ter sucesso Experiência de excelência em ambientes rápidos e de alta energia
