Purpose of the Role   As an Account Manager, you will work closely with clients, suppliers, designers, production teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet client requirements, specifications, and deadlines.   You will be responsible for proposing the most appropriate specifications and solutions to clients, managing projects from concept through completion, and ensuring all deliverables are produced to agreed specifications, quality standards, and timelines. You will provide exceptional client service through strong communication, proactive project management, and high-quality delivery. You will develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders while identifying opportunities to introduce innovative solutions and additional services.   Managing the development and execution of 2D/3D print, POSM, and related marketing materials, you will coordinate with suppliers, designers, and production partners to ensure successful project delivery. You will also be responsible for negotiating costs and timelines, selecting the most suitable suppliers, and ensuring profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.   Key Responsibilities

Provide technical input and advice on print and POSM projects as required. Receive client briefs, including specifications and deadlines, and manage projects from initiation through completion. Proactively suggest improvements, alternative solutions, and innovative ideas. Develop detailed production specifications based on client requirements and provide clear briefings to manufacturing and production partners. Deliver a high level of customer service and maintain strong client relationships. When design support is required, understand brand guidelines and tone of voice, develop clear design briefs, provide direction to designers, and manage the design process through to final artwork approval and production release. Monitor projects to ensure they are delivered according to specification, quality standards, and agreed timelines. Accurately record project information and updates within designated company systems. Maintain a thorough understanding of HH Global’s services and collaborate closely with internal departments. Implement new methods, processes, and best practices where appropriate. Support contractual requirements, prepare presentations, complete account administration, and provide regular reporting. Ensure invoicing procedures are followed accurately and on time. Attend meetings at client and non-client locations as required. Attend print press checks and production approvals when required, including outside normal business hours. Work with multiple client stakeholders to identify and develop new business opportunities. Agree, manage, and monitor budgets and P&L performance. Drive profitability through effective project and supplier management. Deliver services that meet or exceed contracted SLAs. Manage objectives and contribute to achieving key business KPIs. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Measure customer satisfaction and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives where necessary.

  Knowledge, Skills + Experience

Account management experience within an environment measured against SLAs and KPIs. Proven experience in a client-facing role. Experience working directly with clients and advising on print, POSM, and digital marketing solutions is preferred. Previous experience in print management, POSM production, procurement, and client service is essential. Experience resolving project challenges and implementing preventative measures is preferred. Leadership or team management experience is desirable.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Ability to provide design direction and develop effective POSM solutions aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines. Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle administrative tasks, system updates, and data entry accurately and efficiently. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions when prioritizing competing tasks. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Commercial awareness with the ability to support budgeting, profitability analysis, and cost management. Proactive problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset. Ability to collaborate across multiple functions and teams to deliver outstanding customer service and business results.
