Propósito del Puesto Este rol proporciona un soporte esencial de ejecución y adaptación ágil al Diseñador Gráfico Senior ubicado en Brasil. Su enfoque principal es el desglose masivo de activos de campañas regionales o globales hacia formatos locales, combinando la resolución creativa de problemas dentro de guías de marca establecidas con una alta velocidad de entrega para grandes volúmenes de materiales. Responsabilidades prioritarias

Realizar el desdoblamiento de conceptos maestros y Key Visuals (KV) en múltiples variantes y formatos para canales impresos (POSM, folletos) y medios digitales (banners, redes sociales). Desarrollar artes finales mecánicas siguiendo estrictamente las plantillas globales y los manuales de identidad visual de Haleon. Realizar inspecciones técnicas rigurosas de sus propios archivos, verificando resolución, perfiles de color, sangrados e integridad de vínculos antes de la entrega final. Apoyar en la ideación básica de activos digitales y en el diseño de layouts para contenidos de redes sociales. Validar la correcta aplicación de textos y advertencias legales en los materiales, operando bajo la premisa de "copiar y pegar" los insumos entregados por el cliente.

  Conocimientos, Habilidades+Experiencia

Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia comprobada en agencias de publicidad o estudios in-house gestionando implementaciones de activos (rollouts). Título profesional o licenciatura en Diseño Gráfico, Artes Visuales o áreas afines. Inglés es un plus. Alta competencia en Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Atención excepcional al detalle y sólidas habilidades organizativas, con capacidad para gestionar múltiples prioridades simultáneamente, garantizando precisión y consistencia en todos los entregables. Profesional altamente organizado, capaz de estructurar flujos de trabajo y mantener una documentación clara, asegurando una ejecución eficiente y un seguimiento adecuado de las tareas en entornos dinámicos. Capacidad para trabajar dentro de lineamientos creativos establecidos, adaptando y ejecutando variaciones de un concepto maestro desarrollado por otros, manteniendo la coherencia de marca y la consistencia del diseño en todas las piezas.
