HIAG est une société immobilière de premier plan cotée à la SIX Swiss Exchange. Son modèle commercial couvre l'ensemble de la chaîne de valeur immobilière : gestion de portefeuille/d'actifs, développement de sites et gestion des transactions. Nous investissons dans des surfaces résidentielles, commerciales et industrielles situées dans des emplacements attractifs en Suisse alémanique et romande, et accordons une grande importance à la durabilité. Ensemble, nous créons sur nos sites des espaces de vie intégrés pour les personnes et les entreprises de demain. Tes missions

  • Tu gères de manière autonome un portefeuille varié d’immeubles commerciaux et industriels.
  • Tu es la personne de référence pour nos locataires, ainsi que pour les entreprises artisanales, les autorités et les autres partenaires.
  • Tu réalises de manière autonome les états des lieux d’entrée et de sortie des logements et des locaux.
  • Tu établis les baux, les avenants, les décomptes de charges et les rapports de gestion.
  • Tu participes au suivi des travaux d’entretien et de rénovation avec les responsables techniques, en veillant à la qualité, au respect des délais et à la maîtrise des coûts.
  • Tu participes à l’élaboration des budgets ainsi qu’aux clôtures annuelles.
  • Tu contribues à des projets passionnants, tels que des occupations temporaires ou des développements de sites.
  • Tu apportes tes idées et participes activement à l’amélioration des processus.
  • Tu t’occupes de la location des petites et moyennes surfaces.

Ton profil

  • Tu es titulaire du brevet fédéral de gérant·e d’immeubles et disposes d’au moins trois ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire.
  • Tu maîtrises parfaitement le français à l’oral comme à l’écrit et parles couramment allemand (niveau C1\).
  • Tu aimes prendre des responsabilités et travailler de manière autonome.
  • Tu fais preuve d’initiative, privilégies les solutions et abordes les défis avec pragmatisme.
  • Tu aimes communiquer avec des interlocuteurs variés et convaincs par ton attitude professionnelle.
  • Tu maîtrises parfaitement le droit du bail suisse.
  • Tu travailles de manière structurée et fiable, avec un sens aigu du service.
  • Tu maîtrises MS Office ; une expérience avec AbaImmo ou un logiciel de gestion immobilière comparable est un atout.
