Afin de renforcer notre présence commerciale dans la région de Yverdon, Neuchâtel, Jura bernois et Jura, nous recherchons pour une entrée en fonction au 1er janvier 2027 ou à convenir une personnalité engagée, autonome et orientée client en qualité de :

Vos missions

  • Assurer le suivi, le conseil et le développement des relations clients existantes
  • Prospecter activement de nouveaux clients et développer le potentiel commercial de votre région
  • Présenter et vendre notre large gamme de produits ainsi que nos nouveaux concepts
  • Mener les négociations commerciales et tarifaires
  • Identifier les tendances du marché et les besoins des clients afin de proposer des solutions adaptées
  • Organiser et réaliser des visites clients ainsi que des actions commerciales ciblées
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les différents services internes et les équipes de vente nationales
  • Garantir un service client professionnel et orienté solutions
  • Atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d'affaires et de développement convenus

Votre profil

  • Expérience réussie dans la vente externe
  • Excellente connaissance du marché Foodservice suisse
  • Formation professionnelle achevée et plusieurs années d'expérience dans la vente externe
  • Formation ou expérience dans un métier de bouche (boulangerie, pâtisserie, cuisine, restauration ou hôtellerie) avec une forte affinité commerciale ou solide expérience de la vente B2B auprès des professionnels de la restauration et du Foodservice
  • Bonne connaissance du secteur alimentaire et des besoins des professionnels de la restauration
  • Sens aigu du service et de la relation client
  • Aisance dans la prospection et la négociation
  • autonomie et excellente organisation personnelle
  • Esprit d'initiative, persévérance et capacité à atteindre des objectifs ambitieux
  • Flexibilité, créativité et bonnes capacités d'analyse
  • Résidence dans la région d'activité ou à proximité immédiate
  • Excellente maîtrise du français
  • Bonnes connaissances de l'allemand, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, permettant une collaboration efficace avec les équipes nationales
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils MS Office; la connaissance d'un CRM constitue un atout
  • Permis de conduire catégorie B indispensable
