Who we are looking for

Everyone at Higgsfield is an A-player. We're looking for a teammate who brings:

- A proven operator, not an advisor — someone who has personally scaled non-branded organic traffic at a consumer product of comparable caliber, and can name the numbers.

- Deep technical SEO expertise: crawl budget, log files, rendering, indexation, structured data, internationalization.

- A growth mindset — optimizes for revenue and subscriptions, not sessions.

- Comfort in a high-intensity startup environment, where priorities shift fast and decisions get made with 70% of the data.

What you will work on

- Own the SEO strategy end to end: where non-branded traffic comes from, in which markets and languages, prioritized by revenue potential per cluster.

- Own the topical map: expand keyword-targeted coverage from hundreds of live pages to thousands, across use cases, tools, models, formats, and languages.

- Own every SEO surface we ship: landing pages, programmatic pages, and the blog — briefs, information architecture, internal linking, and on-page conversion.

- Build the backlink engine: digital PR, linkable assets, partnerships, and product-led link loops.

- Own technical SEO at scale: crawlability, indexation, rendering, structured data, Core Web Vitals, and hreflang architecture across thousands of pages.

- Run SEO like a growth team: dashboards, queries, a weekly ship cadence with writers, vendors, and engineers, and honest reporting on results.

Your must haves

- 5+ years in SEO, including 2+ years leading the function at a high-growth consumer company.

- A track record of building or rebuilding a topical map: hundreds or thousands of keyword-targeted pages with a clear ranking and revenue outcome.

- Experience running link building that worked — digital PR, linkable assets, partnerships — and can explain the mechanics.

- Full command of your data: Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, and your own funnels and queries.

- Experience managing hybrid teams: in-house specialists, agencies, and freelance writers.

- Programmatic SEO and localization at scale (10+ languages) — preferred.

- Independent, able to lead complex projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
