WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Represent Higgsfield AI on a regular basis at industry events, conferences, meetups, and initiatives.

- Build and maintain an ongoing, active relationship with state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, companies, and industry associations.

- Build and maintain working relationships with the Ministry of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of RK, the Agency for Protection and Development of Competition, the personal data authority, relevant Mazhilis committees, and local akimats.

- Monitor Kazakhstan's AI Law, Digital Code, and Personal Data Law, and translate changes into concrete guidance for Legal, Product, and Trust & Safety.

- Represent the company in industry associations — Atameken, AIFC/AFSA where relevant — and assess Astana Hub / AIFC resident status for tax and regulatory benefits.

- Prepare position papers, briefing materials, and talking points for leadership's engagements with government bodies.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- 5–7+ years in government relations, public policy, or regulatory affairs in Kazakhstan, ideally in tech, fintech, or AI.

- Confident public speaker and networker — genuinely willing to be the company's public-facing representative at events and in the ecosystem.

- Established relationships with government bodies, regulators, and/or Mazhilis deputies.

- Fluent Kazakh and Russian; strong working English.

NICE TO HAVE

- Existing relationships within Astana Hub's resident community.

- Prior GR or public policy experience at a technology or AI company.

- Experience engaging with AIFC/AFSA.
