WHO WE ARE We're a growing health insurance sales organization. We help Medicare- eligible adults understand their coverage options and choose the plan that fits their needs and budget. Our team is built on hustle, honesty, and coaching — most of our best reps started with zero insurance experience.

THE ROLE As an Insurance Sales Representative, you'll: • Speak with prospective members over the phone about their Medicare coverage options • Understand each caller's needs and match them to the right plan • Work from our call center with an experienced team around you — no door-to-door • Get coached daily by managers who've done the job themselves

WHAT WE OFFER • $17.00/hour base pay • Bonuses + commission on every sale — first-year agents typically earn $85,000+ in total compensation* • Paid training — no experience or license required to start • We sponsor your state health insurance license (training, exam, and licensing costs covered) • Stable Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00am–6:00pm — no nights, no weekends • Benefits package available — full details shared during the hiring process • Room to grow: every one of our managers started on the phones — top performers advance to senior rep and leadership
