Based in Chicago with advisors across the U.S., we operate as a registered investment advisor (RIA). What You’ll Do

Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned PMO projects. Facilitate project meetings, challenge unclear assumptions, and drive owners toward timely decisions and commitments. Analyze project issues, develop potential solutions, and provide recommendations to PMO managers and business leaders. Prepare concise executive-level status updates, decision materials, presentations, and escalation summaries.

Proactively monitor and communicate project health and risks, resource constraints, dependencies, and competing priorities before they impact timelines.

Manage project documentation, including plans, schedules, status reporting, and meeting minutes. Collaborate cross functionally and build relationships with teams across the business to ensure partnership in project execution. Support PMO best practices and contribute to process improvements. Provide administrative support to the PMO, including scheduling meetings and maintaining records.

You are execution focused – Supporting PMO team by delivering on deadlines with precision and maintaining exceptional attention to detail. You're a team player – Working closely with PMO team, colleagues, and cross-functional partners to keep projects moving forward. You stay ahead - Identifying potential issues early, flagging them to managers, and helping remove roadblocks. You adapt and deliver - Whether the task is clearly defined or the next steps are still evolving, you’re ready to assist where needed.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree 3-5 years of experience in project management, PMO, consulting, business analysis, operations, or a similar cross-functional role. A leading with curiosity mindset and taking initiative to learn more and dig into problems and proactively provide ideas for solutions. Strong facilitation skills and the confidence to ask difficult questions, challenge assumptions constructively, and drive accountability. Ability to manage several competing priorities with limited supervision.

Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and project-management-system capabilities, including advanced proficiency in Asana. Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices including project delivery, governance, risk management, and project-scoping practices.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a desire to connect and build relationships with others. High attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
