A tua missão:

Como Sales Representative, serás o principal responsável por atuar como ponto de contacto entre a Bauer Media Audio Portugal e as agências, promovendo e comercializando produtos e serviços que visam maximizar as receitas e garantir a satisfação contínua dos nossos clientes.

O que vais fazer:

  • Identificar e fazer prospeção de novas parcerias com agências, através de pesquisa de mercado, networking e referências, realizando visitas, reuniões, cold calls, entre outros, para o efeito;
  • Desenvolver e manter relações sólidas e duradouras com clientes e com agências, garantindo a sua satisfação e fidelização, fazendo um acompanhamento pré, durante e pós-venda, resolvendo quaisquer questões ou preocupações que surjam;
  • Desenvolver e apresentar propostas comerciais, promovendo os produtos e soluções da Bauer Media Audio Portugal, bem como negociar termos e condições de venda, assegurando acordos vantajosos para todas as partes;
  • Acompanhar as tendências de mercado e da concorrência, fornecendo insights para o ajuste da estratégia comercial sempre que necessário para aumentar e estimular a competitividade da Bauer Media Audio Portugal;
  • Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com as equipas de Eventos, Marketing, Digital e Branded Content para identificar sinergias e oportunidades comerciais que sejam benéficas para a Bauer Media Audio Portugal, atuando como facilitador de comunicação interdepartamental;
  • Assegurar o desempenho face ao budget de vendas da sua área, identificando desvios e propondo ajustes sempre que necessário;
  • Assegurar a recorrente atualização das ferramentas e plataformas internas de gestão e monitorização de vendas, garantindo a disponibilização e alinhamento da informação na equipa;
  • Participar, sempre que necessário, em eventos da Bauer Media Audio Portugal, contribuindo para o posicionamento das marcas junto do cliente interno e externo.

O que deves trazer:

  • Experiência mínima de 3 anos na área comercial, preferencialmente em vendas para agências;
  • Excelentes capacidades de negociação de competências comerciais;
  • Forte experiência em media (preferencialmente rádio, digital ou soluções de branded content) e bom conhecimento do mercado publicitário;
  • Experiência com gestão de projetos e kick-offs;
  • Experiência de comunicação com diferentes stakeholders;
  • Proatividade forte, sentido de organização e de gestão de tarefas e ownership.

Seria interessante se trouxesses:

  • Formação Superior em Gestão, Marketing ou similares;
  • Um bom nível de inglês, falado e escrito, para contexto profissional;
  • Experiência com ferramentas de planeamento e gestão de campanhas de media (ex.: YUMI, GMedia ou similares).
