Principais Responsabilidades

Captação em Estúdio:

  • Operar câmaras de vídeo e fotografia durante emissões em direto, rubricas, entrevistas, podcasts e atuações de música ao vivo (showcases)
  • Ter conhecimento de iluminação de palco e de set

Edição e Pós-Produção Video:

  • Editar excertos de programas, momentos divertidos (best-of) e entrevistas para formatos verticais (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) e horizontais (YouTube)
  • Criar vídeos rápidos e resumos (reels) de eventos patrocinados ou festivais com cobertura da rádio
  • Adicionar legendagem dinâmica, gráficos, grafismos da marca e efeitos visuais
  • Edição de long format (podcasts)
  • Edição e pós-produção de fotografia

Captação Externa (Reportagem/Eventos):

  • Filmar emissões em exteriores, ativações de marca, festivais e eventos especiais

Gestão de Equipamento e Arquivo:

  • Organizar, manter e assegurar o bom funcionamento do material de vídeo e iluminação
  • Manter um arquivo digital organizado das gravações e do content final

Perfil & Requisitos Técnicos:

Formação & Experiência:

  • Formação em Multimédia, Cinema, Comunicação Visual ou área equivalente ou anos de experiência na área;
  • Portfólio demonstrativo de trabalhos em vídeo (valoriza-se experiência com conteúdos para redes sociais)

Domínio Técnico:

  • Domínio avançado de programas de edição (Adobe Premiere Pro ou DaVinci Resolve).
  • Conhecimentos de motion graphics (Adobe After Effects, Da Vinci) para criação de oráculos e grafismos
  • Conhecimento básico de color grading em Premiere ou DaVinci Resolve
  • Experiência em captação com câmaras DSLR/Mirrorless e controlo de iluminação de estúdio
  • Bons conhecimentos de captação e sincronização de áudio com vídeo

Conhecimento do Meio Digital:

  • Domínio profundo das tendências visuais e formatos de vídeo para Instagram, TikTok e YouTube
  • Noções de framing e ritmos de edição otimizados para consumo rápido no telemóvel

Competências Pessoais (Soft Skills):

  • Agilidade e Ritmo: Capacidade para editar e publicar conteúdos com extrema rapidez (frequentemente em tempo real ou no próprio dia)
  • Criatividade e Sentido de Humor: Capacidade de identificar o "momento ouro" de uma conversa em estúdio e transformá-lo num vídeo com potencialidades virais
  • Espírito de Equipa: Boa comunicação com colegas, animadores, produtores e gestores de redes sociais
  • Adaptabilidade: Estar confortável num ambiente de trabalho dinâmico, por vezes imprevisível e de ritmo acelerado
  • Disponibilidade: Ter a possibilidade de trabalhar durante fins de semana e após as 18h
