If you're curious, collaborative, energized by complex problems, and excited about helping organizations transform and build what's next, we'd love to meet you.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator with strong client-facing consulting skills, based in New York City, to join our team. This role will require 2-3 days a week onsite at a Midtown Manhattan office.

This role is ideal for a Salesforce professional who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to understand business needs, advise clients, and translate complex requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. The Senior Salesforce Administrator will serve as a trusted advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, leading Salesforce configuration, optimization, and enhancement initiatives while ensuring solutions align with business objectives. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly with clients, facilitating requirements discussions, managing competing priorities, and communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a trusted Salesforce advisor and primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives and recommending effective Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead discovery sessions, requirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design with clients and business stakeholders.
  • Configure and administer Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and/or other Salesforce products as applicable.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations, workflows, automations, reports, dashboards, and user experiences.
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions using declarative tools, including Flow, validation rules, approval processes, custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and security models.
  • Analyze existing Salesforce environments and identify opportunities to improve system functionality, data quality, user adoption, and business processes.
  • Manage Salesforce releases, enhancements, testing, deployments, and ongoing system maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide actionable business insights.
  • Partner with clients to establish Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and scalable processes.
  • Provide user training, documentation, demonstrations, and ongoing Salesforce education to clients and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot complex Salesforce issues and proactively identify root causes and long-term solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers, architects, project managers, business analysts, and other technical resources on larger implementations and integrations.
  • Manage multiple client engagements or projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables and strong client relationships.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, new functionality, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • You must live in New York City or surrounding areas with a willingness to commute 2-3 days a week to a Midtown Manhattan Office - this is a requirement for this role.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, preferably in a consulting, professional services, or client-facing environment.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce configuration, administration, automation, security, reporting, and data management.
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with clients to gather requirements, solve business problems, and recommend Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Flow and declarative automation tools.
  • Experience with Salesforce data management, integrations, user permissions, profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, and security.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a Salesforce consulting or systems integrator environment.
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification.
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder or Platform Developer certification.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Salesforce CPQ.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations and tools such as APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware platforms.
  • Experience supporting Salesforce implementations, migrations, or transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
  • Experience working with executive-level stakeholders and presenting Salesforce solutions to clients.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
