Fidèles à nos valeurs fondamentales, nous recherchons pour notre client basé Le Locle (Suisse) un candidat ambitieux et bienveillant pour rejoindre son équipe en tant que Polymécanicien / Fraiseur CNC. Ensemble, nous veillerons à ce que vous évoluiez dans un environnement de travail épanouissant et stimulant, où vous pourrez développer pleinement votre potentiel.

Missions : L'art de la précision industrielle

En tant que Polymécanicien / Fraiseur CNC, vous serez au cœur de la fabrication de composants de haute technicité. Votre rôle consistera à :

  • Piloter l'ensemble du processus de production sur centres d'usinage avancés (programmation, réglage et usinage).
  • Optimiser les méthodes d'usinage et les temps de cycle pour garantir une performance industrielle maximale.
  • Exploiter les dossiers techniques et assurer la conformité absolue des pièces produites.
  • Réaliser le contrôle dimensionnel et qualité rigoureux des composants usinés.
  • Prendre en charge les dossiers de fabrication de A à Z, de la phase de préparation à la validation finale.
  • Collaborer activement à la résolution de défis techniques complexes et aux démarches d'amélioration continue dans l'atelier.

Profil recherché : L'expertise technique alliée au savoir-être

  • Titulaire d'une formation certifiée en mécanique (CFC ou équivalent), vous justifiez de plus de 4 ans d'expérience concluante en usinage CNC.
  • Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les techniques de fraisage sur commande numérique, idéalement acquises dans un secteur exigeant de sous-traitance de haute précision.
  • Vous possédez un esprit méthodique et une autonomie solide, associés à une rigueur constante dans le respect des standards de qualité.
  • Force de proposition et responsable, vous aimez résoudre des problématiques techniques et apporter de la valeur ajoutée.
  • Doté(e) d'un excellent sens du collectif, vous souhaitez vous investir durablement au sein d'une équipe conviviale et soudée.
  • Maîtrise courante du français requise.
