What This Role Actually Looks Like:

  • The Process: You’ll meet customers who are already in-market, guide them through a clean buying process, and help them make a confident decision.
  • The Volume: No gimmicks. Real opportunities every day across our showroom, digital leads, and phone inquiries.

  • $60,000–$150,000+ income potential

Qualifications & Requirements:

We don't require years of automotive experience, but we do require the following:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Driving History: A clean driving record and a valid Texas driver’s license.
  • Screening: Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage Connections: Act as the point of contact for in-person, digital, and phone customers.
  • Demonstrate Value: Showcase Volkswagen vehicles and explain their features.
  • Guide the Deal: Lead customers through options and the final purchase.
  • Build a Book: Follow up and build repeat and referral business.
