Team Member Services Specialist Hillcrest Health & Living | Bellevue, NE | Full-Time Love HR? Love helping people? Hate doing the same thing every day? Then we might have the perfect opportunity for you! Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for a Team Member Services Specialist who thrives on variety, enjoys solving problems, and loves being the go-to person for all things HR! From benefits and onboarding to employee relations and leave administration, you'll play an important role in supporting our team members and leaders across the organization. What You'll Be Doing No two days will look exactly the same! You'll:

Be a trusted HR resource for team members and leaders.

Help with employee benefits, enrollment, and COBRA administration.

Manage FMLA, leaves of absence, and ADA accommodations.

Support employee relations, including workplace concerns, performance issues, and coaching.

Assist with onboarding, employee records, and HRIS updates.

Support Workers' Compensation, unemployment, and exit interviews.

Find ways to make HR processes better, easier, and more efficient.

Jump in, collaborate, and help make the team-member experience great!

What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who knows their way around HR but still loves learning!

At least 2 years of HR experience required.

Hands-on experience with benefits, FMLA, COBRA, ADA, and employee relations required.

A solid understanding of HR practices and employment policies.

Strong organization, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Confidence handling sensitive conversations and confidential information.

A positive, approachable personality and a genuine passion for helping people.

The ability to juggle priorities and keep things moving in a busy HR environment.
