Hospice LPN – Hillcrest Hospice Location: Lincoln, NESchedule: Full-TimeService Line: Hillcrest Hospice Make a Difference When It Matters Most Hillcrest Health & Living is looking for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Hillcrest Hospice team in Lincoln. Hospice nursing is about more than providing clinical care. It’s about bringing comfort, dignity, reassurance, and support to patients and families during one of life’s most meaningful stages. As a Hospice LPN, you will provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN and in accordance with each patient’s individualized hospice plan of care. What Do You Need to Be Considered?
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Current LPN license in Nebraska or a compact state.
Minimum of three years of nursing experience.
Hospice, home health, palliative care, or related experience preferred.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
