Full-time Evenings Nurse Tech – Hillcrest Millard Location: Hillcrest MillardAddress: 13225 Westwood Lane, Omaha, NE 68144Schedule: Full-time evenings, 2:00pm - 10:00pm, includes every other weekendStarting Pay: $18.00+ per hour, depending on experience Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Nurse Tech to join our team at Hillcrest Millard in Omaha, NE. Hillcrest Millard is West Omaha’s premier destination for post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care. This state-of-the-art community combines innovative therapy, exceptional hospitality, and private accommodations to help guests and residents recover, maintain independence, and receive quality care in a supportive environment. What You’ll Get to Do

Provide quality personal care and daily living support for guests and residents

Assist guests and residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, hygiene, and other personal care needs

Support guests and residents with meals, dining, and daily routines

Help guests and residents feel safe, comfortable, respected, and cared for

Communicate guest or resident needs and changes with nurses and care team members

Follow care plans, safety standards, and infection control procedures

Assist with documentation and guest/resident support as directed

Build positive relationships with guests, residents, families, and team members

What We’re Looking For

An active CNA license in the state of Nebraska

Experience working with the elderly providing personal care services in a long-term care, post-acute, hospital, or similar setting preferred

A compassionate, dependable team member who enjoys caring for others

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
