SHICK ESTEVE construit des équipements sur-mesure pour l’industrie agroalimentaire, notamment en boulangerie.

Peut-être sans le savoir, nous connaissez-vous déjà ! Si vous dégustez votre baguette, il y a de grandes chances pour que nos équipements aient été choisis pour gérer le stockage des ingrédients, le transfert et le dosage des poudres liées à la fabrication du pain.

Nous renforçons notre équipe de direction et recrutons :

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Générale, vous prenez la responsabilité de l'ensemble des opérations industrielles du site.

Vos missions :

  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie industrielle et Supply Chain du site, en alignant les ressources, les capacités de production et les investissements avec les objectifs de croissance.
  • Piloter au quotidien les équipes Production et Supply Chain (Fabrication, Montage, Lancement, Ordonnancement/Planning, Approvisionnements, Logistique, Transports) afin de garantir la performance globale des opérations.
  • Analyser nos process puis déployer une démarche d'excellence opérationnelle basée sur les principes Lean Manufacturing, en optimisant les processus, les flux (Kanban) et l'organisation industrielle pour améliorer durablement la productivité, la qualité et la satisfaction client.
  • Créer /optimiser puis animer les indicateurs de performance (OTD, productivité, qualité, sécurité, stocks) et engager les plans d'action nécessaires à l'atteinte des résultats.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les fonctions projets, ingénierie, commerce et direction pour sécuriser l'exécution des engagements clients.

Votre profil :

Pour réussir dans ce poste, vous combinez leadership, vision industrielle et sens du terrain.

Vous disposez notamment de :

  • Une formation supérieure en ingénierie, production industrielle, génie mécanique ou domaine équivalent (type Ecole d’Ingénieur).
  • Une expérience confirmée de direction ou de management d'équipes Supply Chain et Production dans un environnement industriel, idéalement en petite série/unitaire.
  • Une solide maîtrise des enjeux de fabrication, planification, supply chain interne et performance industrielle.
  • Une expérience de conduite du changement et d'amélioration continue dans un contexte de transformation ou de croissance. Tout particulièrement une capacité à cartographier et analyser les flux de produits, composants et données associées afin d'optimiser les processus industriels et la performance de la chaîne de valeur.
  • Un niveau d'anglais professionnel vous permettant d'évoluer dans un environnement international.
