Responsable Bureau d’Etudes Automatisme

SHICK ESTEVE, basée à Rians (18), conçoit des équipements sur-mesure destinés à l'industrie agroalimentaire, notamment dans le secteur de la boulangerie.

Nous proposons des solutions clé en main, pour automatiser la gestion des ingrédients, le transfert et le dosage de poudres liés à la fabrication du pain, notamment.

Nous sommes désormais une marque de Coperion, du Groupe Hillenbrand et nous recrutons (en CDI) notre Responsable Bureau d’Etudes Automatisme.

Mission principale

Rattaché/e à la Direction Technique, vous serez le leader de notre Bureau d'Études Automatisme, avec une responsabilité centrale dans la satisfaction client, l'innovation technique et la performance de nos équipements.

Responsabilités clés

• Encadrer et animer une équipe d'automaticiens (6 personnes), au quotidien mais aussi en accompagnant leur carrière et montée en compétences

• Piloter et participer aux projets de développements, garantir la qualité des études et assurer le développement de solutions performantes répondant aux exigences clients.

• Conduire une veille technologique sur les nouvelles solutions, les exigences de qualification, les méthodes de développement et les innovations appliquées aux équipements industriels.

• Développer et défendre notre expertise technique lors des phases avant-vente, réalisation des projets et activités R&D, auprès des autres équipes de l’entreprise, du groupe et des clients /partenaires.

• Assurer la planification, la gestion des priorités, le pilotage de la sous-traitance études et la coordination avec les services connexes (B.E. Mécanique, Electrique, Informatique industrielle) et et aussi les autres départements: production, supply-chain, ventes.

• Être force de proposition pour l'optimisation des développements, la standardisation des équipements, l'amélioration continue et l'innovation produit.

Profil recherché

• Formation Ingénieur ou équivalent, avec impérativement une spécialisation en automatisme.

• Expérience significative dans un poste opérationnel en tant qu’automaticien/nesi possible dans le domaine du bien d’équipement industriel

• Maîtrise des outils de développement et des méthodologies de conception, avec une bonne connaissance des automates, Siemens Tia Portal et si possible Rockwell.

• Expérience en management hiérarchique d'équipe technique ou supervision de projets en automatisme.

• Maîtrise de l'anglais professionnel, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.

• Esprit d'innovation, orientation client, plaisir du travail d’équipe et force de conviction.
