Servicetechniker (m/w/d) Remote

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung von Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten
  • Eigenverantwortliche Aufstellung und Inbetriebnahme unserer Anlagen weltweit (auch als Supervisor)
  • Beratung, Einweisung und Schulung der Kunden vor Ort
  • EDV gestützte Berichterstellung von Montage-, Service- und Wartungseinsätzen
  • Eigenverantwortliche Pflege von Werkzeug- und Materialbeständen im Servicefahrzeug
  • Reklamationsmanagement
  • Einarbeitung der Kollegen vor Ort

Ihre Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker, Elektroniker oder Vergleichbares (m/w/d)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im technischen Kundendienst
  • Hohe internationale Reisebereitschaft
  • Ein hohes Maß an Engagement und Eigeninitiative
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie ausbaufähige Englischkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung, Freude am Kundenkontakt und Lernbereitschaft
  • IT-Affinität, Kenntnisse in MS-Office, SPS wünschenswert
  • Seriöses und freundliches Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit
