Team Leader Sales EMEA / Systems Industrial (w/m/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

· Leitung des EMEA-Vertriebsteams Material Handlung / Systems Industrial

· Mitwirkung beim Auf- und Ausbau des Geschäftes in den Zukunftsthemen (zum Beispiel Recycling, Batteriemassen etc.)

· Steuerung des Verkaufsprozesses von der Akquisitionsphase bis zum Auftragsabschluss

· Koordination der an den Projekten beteiligten Fachabteilungen und Netzwerkgesellschaften

· Durchführung von Auftragsverhandlungen

· Übernahme von Führungsaufgaben in Initiativen, auch bereichs- und standortübergreifend

· Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung der Zusammenarbeit und der Abläufe zwischen den einzelnen Standorten

Ihr Profil

· Technisches Studium (Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieur-wesen) oder vergleichbare technische Ausbildung

· Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im internationalen Umfeld als Vertriebs- oder Projektleiter im Anlagenbau sowie Führungserfahrung

· Ausgeprägtes Kommunikations- und Argumentationsvermögen und interkulturelle Kompetenz

· Wirtschaftliches und kundenorientiertes Denken und Handeln

· Flexibilität und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen

· Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office und Navision, Grundkenntnisse in CAD (2D/3D)

· Uneingeschränkte Reisebereitschaft sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
