Aufgaben

Controlling:

  • Plan- / Soll- / Ist- Vergleiche durchführen und analysieren
  • fortlaufende Überwachung von Herstellkosten und Analyse von Abweichungen (Überwachung der erzielten Deckungsbeiträge)

Reporting & Kennzahlen:

  • Erstellung, Pflege, Weiterentwicklung und Verwaltung von Unternehmenskennzahlen
  • Mitwirkung an Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen ) sowie der Kosten und Leistungsrechnung

Budgetierung & Forecast:

  • Mitwirkung an der jährlichen Budget-, Forecastplanung und Erstellung des Revenue Forecast

Kalkulation:

  • Unterstützung des Vertriebs und der Produktion bei der Vorkalkulation von Neumaschinen

Prozessoptimierung:

  • Optimierung und Analyse von Schwachstellen
  • Analyse der Unternehmenszahlen in Hinblick auf Wettbewerbsfähigkeit, Budgeteinsparung und Effizienzsteigerung

Kaufmännische Auftragsabwicklung:

  • Unterstützung in der Auftragsanlage/ Auftragspflege und kfm. Projektabwicklung
  • Übernahme der operativen Vertretung der kaufmännischen Projektabwicklung in Urlaubs- oder Abwesenheitszeiten

Profil

  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Fachwirt / Controller
  • abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling
  • SAP-Kenntnisse mit Schwerpunkt CO/FI, Kenntnisse in den Module MM, SD, PS, CS, PP von Vorteil
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ein ausgeprägtes Prozessverständnis
  • Hohe Methodenkompetenz
  • Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative und soziale Kompetenz
  • Team- und kundenbezogenes Arbeiten
  • Eigenständigkeit, Engagement und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise in deutscher und englischer Sprache
