Résumé du poste Le poste de représentant(e) des ventes relève du/de la directeur(trice) national(e) des ventes et est responsable de la croissance des ventes dans son territoire assigné. Les compétences essentielles incluent la capacité de gérer les relations clés, de prioriser les activités de vente et d’organiser ainsi que de maintenir l’ensemble du pipeline mensuel des ventes et des rapports financiers. La personne est également responsable de contribuer aux prévisions des ventes.   Fonctions essentielles du poste *

Maintenir la base de clientèle actuelle pour toutes les divisions de The Hillman Group Canada en offrant un service à la clientèle dans le territoire assigné. Développer de nouveaux comptes par la prospection et les appels à froid. Assurer le suivi de toutes les pistes de vente fournies par l’entreprise. Retourner les appels des clients. Examiner chaque plan et/ou échantillon afin d’identifier quelle division peut fournir ou fabriquer la pièce. Effectuer le suivi de toutes les soumissions auprès des clients pour toutes les divisions et négocier les prix au besoin. Résoudre les plaintes des clients (facturation, retards de livraison, soumissions, etc.). Communiquer les commandes passées par les clients. Effectuer toute autre tâche assignée par la direction. Se conformer aux politiques et procédures de l’entreprise.

Diplôme d’études secondaires ou supérieur Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans la vente dans les secteurs de l’après-marché automobile, industriel ou OEM un atout

Excellentes compétences informatiques (suite MS Office), particulièrement MS Excel et Outlook Pensée stratégique, bonnes aptitudes en communication et excellente capacité de résolution de problèmes Capacité à accomplir les tâches avec un fort sens des responsabilités et un sentiment d’urgence Capacité à créer un environnement de travail positif en démontrant et en partageant ses connaissances techniques et fonctionnelles Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles avec un accent sur le travail d’équipe Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles, analytiques et communicationnelles (à l’oral et à l’écrit)

  Job Summary The Sales Representative role reports to the National Sales Manager and is responsible for driving sales within their defined territory. Critical skills include the ability to manage key relationships, prioritize sales activities and to organize and maintain all monthly sales pipeline and financial reporting. They are also responsible to assist in forecasting.   Essential Job Functions *

Maintain current customer base for all divisions of The Hillman Group Canada by providing customer service for all customers in the assigned territory. Source new accounts through prospecting and cold calling. Follow-up all sales leads given by the company. Return customer phone calls. Review each print and/or sample to identify what division could supply/manufacture the part. Follow-up all quotations with the customer for all divisions and negotiate pricing if needed. Resolve customer complaints i.e. invoicing, late delivery, quotations. Communicate orders placed by the customer. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Comply with Company policies and procedures.

Secondary school diploma or higher 5 years in an automotive aftermarket, industrial and OEM sales environment.

Excellent computer skills (MS Office) specifically MS Excel and Outlook. Strategic thinker, good communicator, and exceptional problem solver. Performs function with a sense of purpose and a degree of urgency. Creates a positive work environment by demonstrating and sharing functional/technical knowledge. Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork. Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills (oral & written).
