Job Summary   Schedule: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm (Monday - Thursday) & 6:00 am - 12:00 pm (Friday)  Hourly Pay Rate: $18.75    Transportation clerk provides administrative support for full and part time professional staff members and graduate students; provides reports and correspondence by utilizing various software programs including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases.   Essential Job Functions *  

Check/Send email (RTS Id’s:  If not done already)  Open TMS raw data (pm) from email (I save them in documents daily)  Update new info into excel document (copied and pasted in documents from previous file; rename)  Review TMS- Schedule by Day data to see dollar amount needed to route  Work from previous day RTS file and begin getting orders RTS (2 days out)  Update TMS and RTS files after am report from email  Updating RTS files consist of raw data report inputted into excel data tab  sage: stock status report, exported to excel; copied and then pasted in stock status tab  sage: sales order lines (if sales price needed) invoice tab- Update inventory tab from item summary tab   Updating TMS file consist of raw data inputted into excel data tab and update necessary prices in invoice price tab  Any error in a cell must be fixed to report properly, for example, pallet size tab incomplete/missing will give an error – research how many pieces on a pallet for that item and record in that tab  Review Production plan for Displays and Cradling, calibrating with Andrew, Ken, and Shae when needed   In updated RTS (daily) file mark PO’s ready for ship (I try to plan ahead from previous day RTS file)   TMS Supplier hub portal – TMS- Purchase Order – Views- Primary Fields (pickup start-dates wide range) – add conditions (ready to ship = No or partial, destination facility = RTS #, purchase order = PO #’s)  Apply- ready to ship tab- select date and input cubic feet calculations (# of Pallets divide by 50 times 3000), right click save, record RTS confirmation # in RTS excel beside marked yes-ok to ship  Send email to Susan/Monica/Kilah with RTS confirmation #  View Delivered and Transit tab in TMS – find if a PO is committed or not in Mobe, locate BOL if committed, ask Rachel to commit if not committed.   Submit overage tickets for PO’s left off truck

Associate degree preferred or the equivalent in education and one-year related experience.
