Job Description

Associates are sponsored to complete the Series 7 and Series 66 licenses, along with CFP® education, and the firm pays the cost. They also complete a structured curriculum in five areas:

• Technology Stack

• Sales Process

• Practice Management

• Financial Planning

Throughout the program, specialist will rotate through Advisory Services, Advisor Transitions and the Home Office Branch to learn how the firm works end to end. The role grows in three stages. Specialists start with client coverage and service. They then build a book of business by working the firm's lead sources. Finally, they move into advisor succession and teaming arrangements with established advisors.

  • Provide home office client service and account support, including account openings, withdrawals, maintenance and service requests.
  • Provide coverage and service for unassigned (orphaned) client accounts.
  • Once licensing and training are complete, work referral and lead flow from firm and affiliate sources and turn it into new client relationships.
  • Use the firm's defined client process, from prospecting and discovery through plan delivery, close, onboarding and ongoing service.
  • Build, analyze and present financial plans, with planning as the lead offering.
  • Keep CRM activity, pipeline stages and required fields complete and accurate, following the firm's process.
  • Shadow client meetings and calls and take part in weekly sales sessions and recorded role-play exercises.
  • Complete one classroom week each month for the first five months, plus a written module check and manager sign-off for each area.

  • Series 7 and Series 66 must be obtained within 120 days of hire.
  • CFP® certification must be pursued. CFP® education begins once the Series 7 and 66 are complete, and continued progress is required to remain in the program.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
