In this role, you’ll connect with travelers, learn what excites them about travel, and introduce them to our vacation ownership opportunities in a natural and engaging way. You’ll invite guests to attend a presentation while creating positive, memorable interactions throughout their stay. This is a fast‑paced, highly interactive environment where your energy, professionalism, and consistency directly influence both guest satisfaction and your own success. Responsibilities

Schedule Details

Marketing Concierge work a flexible schedule, which includes weekends and holidays, based on guest travel patterns and business needs. Shifts will be scheduled within the operating hours of 6:30 AM–9:30 PM.

What you'll be doing

  • Promote and book vacation ownership presentations, previews and the sale of mini-vacation packages to eligible on-site guests and visitors.
  • Provide concierge services to guests by recommending local dining experiences and attractions while communicating ownership opportunities.
  • Distribute approved promotional information and providing excellent customer service to all guests while projecting a professional company image.
  • Assist in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs.

What are we looking for

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for creating positive experiences for guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to establish rapport and communicate professionally, effectively, and courteously in person, over the phone, and through email with guests, team members, and business partners.
  • Bilingual Fluency in Japanese and English, with the ability to speak, read, and write clearly and professionally in both languges.
  • Able to stay organized, adapt to changing priorities, and successfully manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer proficiency with the ability to learn.

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

  • Detailed understanding of the island of Hawaii with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations throughout the island.
  • Previous experience working in a commission-based sales or marketing environment.
  • Preferred candidates to be located in Hawaii and have knowledge of Island activities.
