In this guest-facing marketing role, we station you at high-traffic, retail locations in Honolulu. Responsibilities

Schedule and Location:

Can you work when guests are out enjoying the day? This role follows visitor patterns and business needs, so we schedule shifts between 6:30 AM and 9:30 PM. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays is required.

What you'll be doing

We keep it simple: connect, help, invite, and schedule.

  • Greet visitors in a friendly, respectful way and start short conversations
  • Ask what guests love most about their trip and share quick recommendations for dining, shopping, and local highlights around Waikoloa
  • Provide useful information about Oahu Island—beaches, scenic drives, cultural sites, family-friendly activities, and planning tips using approved resources
  • When available, share eligible offers, promotions, or discounts using approved materials (accuracy and compliance matter!)
  • Invite eligible guests to interact directly to discover more about vacation ownership
  • Schedule guest appointments for presentations and previews (plus mini-vacation packages when applicable) and clearly explain where to go, when to arrive, and what to expect
  • Enter accurate guest/appointment info into basic systems (tablet, iPad, or PC), keep your space organized, and work toward daily and weekly goals with coaching

Qualifications

What are we looking for

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Japanese/English Bilingual (speak, read, write)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills, confident learning new systems
  • Preferred candidate to be on the island of Oahu with a detailed understanding of the island with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations throughout the island.
