Zur Vervollständigung unseres Groups, Conference & Event Sales Teams suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene, selbständige, verantwortungsbewusste und dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit.

Ihre Aufgaben: • Annahme und Bearbeitung von C&E-Anfragen und Abwicklung von Group & Tours Reservierungen • Erstellen von massgeschneiderten Angeboten • Pflege des zugewiesenen Kundensegments und direkter Ansprechpartner für unsere internationalen Gäste • Repräsentation und aktiver Verkauf unserer Bankettabteilung

Ihr Profil: • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie oder im Veranstaltungsbereich • Erste Erfahrung in der internationalen Kettenhotellerie • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse • Anwendungssichere PC-Kenntnisse, idealerweise auch Opera Sales & Catering • Organisationsgeschick, Verkaufstalent und Kommunikationsstärke • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Eigeninitiative
