Responsibilities

Esto es lo que hará durante un día típico:

  • Preparar platos de alta calidad: preparar los platos del menú de acuerdo con las recetas designadas y los estándares de calidad.
  • Deleitar a nuestros huéspedes: gestionar los pedidos de los huéspedes de manera eficiente y garantizar una experiencia gastronómica positiva.
  • Ejecutar recetas complejas: mantener un sólido conocimiento de las ofertas del menú, gestionar recetas complejas y supervisar las estaciones, la ejecución, el control de calidad y los controles de inventario.
  • Inspeccionar y finalizar los platos: inspeccionar todas las preparaciones y platos antes de servirlos para garantizar que cumplan con los estándares de calidad y presentación.
  • Mantener un espacio de trabajo limpio y ordenado: mantener las estaciones de servicio de alimentos abastecidas y desinfectadas, y respetar los protocolos adecuados de manipulación, almacenamiento y seguridad de los alimentos.
  • Gestionar las necesidades operativas y de productos: coordinar los tiempos y el emplatado, gestionar o dirigir la cocina durante los turnos, ayudar con los controles de inventario, los pedidos, las reuniones de los turnos y algunas características especiales.
  • Cumplir con los estándares regulatorios: cumplir en todo momento con las normas de salud, seguridad, higiene y concientización sobre el alcohol, y garantizar el cumplimiento con los más altos estándares de bienestar de los huéspedes y los miembros del equipo.
