- Provide weekly competitive rate-shopping reports, pricing trends and recommendations to support Revenue's pricing strategies and decisions.
- Monitor rate parity and distribution compliance using Fornova, escalating discrepancies and potential revenue risks.
- Track direct-booking revenue, Hilton.com share, OTA production, channel mix, booking pace and conversion against targets.
- Manage OTA content, Elevate sponsored campaigns, metasearch and TripAdvisor placements, monitoring campaign pacing, spend and performance.
- Maintain and optimize Hilton.com content through One Hero Web, Content Gateway and PiM, including rooms, dining, weddings, events, offers and imagery.
- Monitor digital campaign performance and ROI, manage approved Meta Ads and track conversions where measurement is available.
- Analyze Hotel Digital Reports and share monthly digital channel insights and optimization recommendations with Revenue and Marketing.
