Responsibilities

Dar una bienvenida cálida a Miembros de Equipo, proveedores, huéspedes, etc. y atender sus necesidades relacionadas con atención de Recursos Humanos.

· Capacidad para realizar tareas asignadas con atención al detalle, velocidad, precisión, seguimiento, cortesía, cooperación y colaboración con un mínimo de supervisión.

· Garantizar la satisfacción general de Miembro de Equipo.

· Cumplir con las actividades diarias del área siendo atender a los candidatos, atender a los Miembros de Equipo y realizar recorridos de inspección.

· Proveer un ambiente cálido y hospitalario para los Miembros de Equipo y que se pueda cumplir con el bienestar de ellos mismos.

· Asesorar a los Miembros de Equipo sobre los procedimientos, políticas, procedimientos vigentes para obtener el mejor resultado, resolver algún conflicto o duda.

· Asegurarse el cumplimiento de la normatividad local, políticas internas y procedimientos estandarizados y Reglamento Interno de Trabajo.

· Promover los beneficios de Hilton como compañía dentro de las entrevistas de personal, o al momento de asesoría. · Coordinar el uso de la trasnportación de personal para evitar que las personas interfieran entre sí, eficientando el uso de este beneficio.

· Resolver las inquietudes de los Miembros de Equipo y Líderes Departamentales de manera profesional y oportuna.

· Hacer cumplir las normas y reglamentos de las instalaciones para mantener la disciplina y garantizar la seguridad.

· Promover y mantener buenas relaciones públicas y servicio al cliente interno: Miembro de Equipo.

· Realizar recorridos dentro de las instalaciones para detectar daños a las instalaciones y reportar daños al departamento correspondiente. Reclutamiento y selección , aportando siempre el mejor talento a la compañia.

Qualifications

  • Conocimiento de legislación laboral y normativas del sector.
  • Habilidad para manejar conflictos y negociaciones.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
  • Dominio de herramientas informáticas y sistemas de recursos humanos.
  • Capacidad para organizar y gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente. Deseable: Licenciatura en Hoteleria y Turismo, Administración, Psicología, Recursos Humanos o carrera afín.
