Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and highly creative Manager, Social Media to grow Hilton’s in-language social presence across EMEA, with a particular focus on Arabic and Turkish-speaking audiences.

This strategic, hands-on role will develop culturally relevant, video-led content across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, with a particular focus on audience growth and platform-native storytelling. Working with the Senior Manager, Social Media, you will turn audience insight, cultural moments, travel trends and Hilton’s priorities into compelling content, from ideation and briefing through to creation, publishing and optimisation.

You will collaborate with hotel teams, global and regional marketing colleagues, agencies and creators to showcase Hilton’s hotels, destinations, experiences and brands authentically. The role requires regular travel across EMEA to Hilton properties, destinations, events and content shoots, with occasional global travel.

Responsibilities

  • Support the social media strategy execution for Arabic and Turkish-speaking audiences, managing content across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook, including planning, publishing and optimisation.
  • Identify cultural moments, audience interests, travel behaviours and platform trends, translating them into culturally relevant, platform-native content and managing aligned content calendars.
  • Develop and produce video-led content, creating scripts, storyboards, briefs, captions and other copy, while working hands-on or with agencies, creators and production partners as required.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams and marketing colleagues to identify local stories, capture content and showcase Hilton’s hotels, destinations, experiences and brands authentically.
  • Support creator partnerships and analyse channel and content performance to improve future content, drive audience growth and share regional insights and best practice with social teams.

Qualifications

The success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

  • Ability to develop content calendars, creative concepts, briefs, scripts and platform-specific copy, with a strong instinct for hooks, storytelling, pacing, trends and audience behaviour.
  • Understanding of content creation and editing for platform-native social content, including familiarity with tools such as CapCut or Edits..
  • Experience working with creators, influencers, agencies and production partners, managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, approvals and deadlines.
  • Proven experience managing and growing video-led social channels for a consumer, lifestyle, travel, hospitality, entertainment or similar brand, particularly on TikTok and YouTube.
  • Confident using social analytics and performance data to optimise content and grow audiences.
  • Excellent communication, project management and relationship-building skills, with the independence and judgement to make effective editorial and creative decisions in a fast-moving environment.
  • Cultural fluency and understanding of Arabic and Turkish-speaking audiences; Arabic or Turkish language skills are highly desirable.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with a genuine passion for travel, hospitality, storytelling and highly shareable content. #KP
