Job Description

Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You

This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA

This is your chance to be part of our in-house Hilton Supply Management (HSM) team that supports our brands, owners, and operators! HSM has transformed how supply chain and procurement add value to the hospitality industry, with 16 billion purchasing power, over 4000 suppliers, and support of sustainability, supplier diversity, and responsible sourcing goals.

As the Senior Manager, HSM Enterprise Program, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating HSM's voice across internal and external audiences. Reporting to the VP, Strategy & Business Performance, this role will serve as the bridge between strategy and communication, translating business priorities, growth initiatives, executive messaging, brand positioning, and transformation efforts into compelling narratives that engage stakeholders and drive action.

You will partner with executive leadership, functional teams, marketing, and external agencies to develop and execute integrated communications and social media strategies that strengthen HSM's reputation, support growth objectives, and elevate executive thought leadership.

What you'll do during a typical day:

  • Lead the development and execution of HSM's integrated communications strategy, ensuring alignment with business priorities, growth objectives, and strategic initiatives.
  • Develop executive-level communications including leadership presentations, keynote content, speeches, talking points, videos, leadership messages, articles, and strategic narratives.
  • Create comprehensive communication plans supporting business transformations, strategic initiatives, organizational changes, and growth programs.
  • Translate complex business topics, industry trends, and operational initiatives into clear, compelling messaging tailored to multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Develop content strategies and messaging frameworks that support HSM's business priorities, value proposition, and market differentiation.
  • Lead HSM's social media and digital communications strategy, ensuring content supports brand positioning, customer engagement, and growth goals.
  • Develop annual social media plans, content themes, executive visibility strategies, and editorial calendars aligned with HSM priorities.
  • Manage executive digital presence, including LinkedIn strategy, content development, speaking engagement amplification, and leadership storytelling.
  • Partner with external communications and creative agencies to develop, execute, and optimize communications campaigns, content assets, social media initiatives, and thought leadership programs.
  • Oversee HSM communications governance, messaging consistency, brand alignment, and content standards across all channels.
  • Measure communications effectiveness through defined KPIs and performance metrics, applying insights to improve engagement and influence.
  • Manage communication priorities, timelines, budgets, and agency relationships to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

How you'll collaborate with others:

  • Partner with HSM executive leadership to shape strategic messaging, engagement, and organizational communications.
  • Be a trusted advisor to senior leaders on communication strategy, executive positioning, thought leadership, and change management.
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Supplier Programs, Category Management, Business Development, and Regional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment to business objectives.
  • Partner with Marketing and Brand teams to align customer-facing communications, digital campaigns, and brand positioning.
  • Work with external communications, public relations, creative, and social media agencies to develop integrated campaigns and maximize communications effectiveness.
  • Support executive visibility through preparation for conferences, customer events, media opportunities, leadership forums, and speaking engagements.
  • Develop communication frameworks, stakeholder plans, and executive-ready materials that promote awareness and engagement.

Projects you'll take ownership of:

  • Executive communications for HSM leadership including business reviews, strategy sessions, town halls, leadership meetings, customer engagements, and industry events.
  • Communication strategies supporting HSM's long-term growth agenda, transformation initiatives, and strategic priorities.
  • Internal communication programs focused on organizational alignment, engagement, culture, and change management.
  • Executive LinkedIn strategy, content development, and programming.
  • HSM's social media strategy, content governance, editorial calendar, and agency-supported digital campaigns.
  • Conference and event communications including event briefings, speaking materials, executive preparation, and post-event communications.
  • Measurement and reporting of communications and social media effectiveness through performance dashboards and metrics.
  • Strategic storytelling initiatives that reinforce HSM's value proposition and market leadership across hospitality and targeted growth segments, including luxury, senior living, and cruise.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
