Responsibilities

Eis o que você fará em um dia típico:

  • Supervisionar as operações diárias do restaurante: supervisionar e participar das operações diárias do estabelecimento, incluindo garantir os padrões de atendimento ao cliente, a qualidade do produto e a conformidade com as políticas e procedimentos operacionais
  • Proporcionar experiências excepcionais aos clientes: monitorar a qualidade dos produtos e serviços, avaliar a satisfação dos clientes, resolver problemas e fazer melhorias para aprimorar a experiência gastronômica
  • Liderar a equipe em cada turno: fornecer supervisão prática, auxiliar no planejamento de horários e orientar os membros da equipe para promover um ambiente de trabalho positivo e produtivo
  • Contribuir para o crescimento da receita: auxiliar na implementação de iniciativas de marketing e técnicas de venda adicional para promover as vendas de alimentos e bebidas e maximizar a lucratividade
  • Respeitar as normas regulamentares: manter a conformidade com os regulamentos de saúde, segurança, higiene e consumo de álcool, garantindo os mais altos padrões de bem-estar para hóspedes e membros da equipe
