Met jouw energie en liefdevolle benadering voor ouderen weet jij de aandacht te geven die ze verdienen!

Wat ga je doen? Als Verzorgende IG bied je cliëntgerichte zorg, op basis van de zorgafspraken zoals vastgelegd in het zorgleefplan. Je draagt bij aan de continuïteit en kwaliteit van het welbevinden van de bewoners. Tevens:

  • Voer je verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en signaleer je de gezondheidstoestand van de bewoners op somatisch en psychosociaal gebied en overlegt hierover met de bewoner en/of zijn familie;
  • Ondersteun je de bewoners daarnaast bij alle dagelijkse dingen zoals; opstaan, douchen, aankleden, ontbijten, of bijvoorbeeld samen de afwas doen.
  • Bij HilverZorg staat de bewoner centraal en is het belangrijk dat de bewoner zichzelf kan blijven. Samen met mantelzorgers en collega’s ga jij op zoek naar de juiste aandacht voor zorg en welzijn voor de bewoner.

Ons aanbod Wij realiseren ons dat wij nogal wat van je vragen, maar daar zetten wij met liefde wat tegenover:

  • Salaris en arbeidsvoorwaarden conform cao VVT 1 juli 2026, FWG 35 tussen € 2.663,54 en max. € 3.592,96 bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur, afhankelijk van je ervaring;
  • Wij vinden het belangrijk dat je zonder zorgen en prettig naar je werk reist. Daarom ontvang je een reiskostenvergoeding van €0,25 per kilometer, meer dan onze cao voorschrijft. Samen maken we het verschil, ook onderweg;

Wie ben jij? Zorgzaam, communicatief vaardig en ondernemend zitten in jouw DNA. Daarnaast werk je graag samen met je team. Een positieve instelling en een uitstekend inlevingsvermogen maakt dat je een fijne band weet op te bouwen met de bewoners. Verder vragen wij:

  • Je hebt je diploma MBO Verzorgende IG niveau 3 in de pocket;
  • Een beschikbaarheid van 4-32 uur per week in flexibele diensten (dag, avond, weekend). Heb je speciale wensen t.a.v. start/eindtijd of werkdagen? Solliciteer dan vooral toch, we onderzoeken graag de mogelijkheden voor je;
  • Je kunt in je eerste werkmaand een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag overleggen.
