's Nachts ben jij op je best en wil je graag aandacht geven aan ouderen die dat nodig hebben en verdienen.

Wat ga je doen? Als nacht Verzorgende IG bied je de nodige cliëntgerichte zorg, op basis van de zorgafspraken zoals vastgelegd in het zorgleefplan. Tevens voer je o.a. verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en signaleer je de gezondheidstoestand van de cliënten op somatisch en psychosociaal gebied en overlegt hierover. Ook 's nachts ga je op zoek naar de juiste zorg voor de cliënt. Dat doe je zelfstandig, eventueel ondersteunt met collega's van het ambulante team.

Zelfs als nacht Verzorgende IG werk je écht samen met je team en het ambulante team. Jij zorgt er namelijk voor dat de collega's die de dagdienst overnemen, goed geïnformeerd worden over hetgeen 's nachts is gebeurd. Met elkaar borg je de continuïteit en kwaliteit van zorg en welzijn die zo belangrijk is voor de cliënten..

Ons aanbod Wij realiseren ons dat we nogal wat van je vragen, maar daar zetten wij ook met liefde wat tegenover:

  • Het aantal uur per week mag jij aangeven;
  • Salaris en arbeidsvoorwaarden conform cao VVT 1 juli 2026, FWG 35 tussen € 2.663,54 – € 3.592,96 bruto per maand o.b.v. 36 uur, afhankelijk van je ervaring;
  • Een baan van 20 tot 32 uur per week, inclusief afwisselende weekenddiensten. Flexibele uren zijn bespreekbaar via een 0-urencontract.
  • Wij vinden het belangrijk dat je zonder zorgen en prettig naar je werk reist. Daarom ontvang je een reiskostenvergoeding van €0,25 per kilometer, meer dan onze cao voorschrijft. Samen maken we het verschil, ook onderweg;

Wie ben jij?

  • In het bezit van een diploma MBO-3 verzorgende IG;
  • Een echte "Nightingale";
  • Je bent op zoek naar een baan voor 1, 2 of 3 nachten per week. Wil je meer uren werken, dan overleggen we graag de mogelijkheden met je;
  • Affiniteit met onze doelgroepen PG, Somatiek of Chronische Psychiatrie en Korsakov;
  • Ondernemend en een zelfstandige instelling;
  • Je bent bereid een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) tijdig aan te leveren.
