Om stillingen Som Finance Assistant hos HimmerLand får du en central rolle og ansvar for en bred portefølje af opgaver inden for bogholderi. Du refererer til vores Director of Finance & IT og bliver en del af en økonomi- & IT-afdeling med seks kollegaer, hvoraf I er to Finance Assistants. Vi arbejder med at optimere vores processer og implementere nye digitale værktøjer, som løfter niveauet i både afdelingen og hele virksomheden.

Dine opgaver vil primært være:

  • Debitor- og kreditorstyring, herunder fakturering, fakturahåndtering, betalinger, rykning mv.
  • Diverse afstemninger og opfølgning heraf
  • Momsindberetning og afstemning
  • Klargøring af perioderegnskab ifm. månedsafslutning
  • Klargøring af materiale til revision ifm. årsafslutning
  • Deltage i diverse projekter på tværs af organisationen
  • Understøtte videreudviklingen og integrationen af nye digitale løsninger

Personprofil Vi ser gerne, at du kommer med erfaring fra en stilling som Finance Assistant, men det vigtigste er, at du har lyst og ambitioner om at udvikle dig selv og vores systemer. Du er forandringsparat og har en procesorienteret tankegang samt en god forståelse for digitale værktøjer i en forretningsmæssig sammenhæng.

Herudover forestiller vi os, at du:

  • Har kendskab til og erfaring med Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Continia
  • Er en erfaren bruger af Microsoft Office-pakken, særligt Excel
  • Har drivkraft og lyst til at arbejde med IT og digitalisering
  • Er struktureret og systematisk
  • Er pålidelig og overholder deadlines
  • Gode samarbejdsevner og resultatorienteret
