Estamos em busca de um Analista de Testes Júnior para atuar diretamente na qualidade dos sistemas que impactam milhares de usuários. Você fará parte de um time de tecnologia em crescimento, com espaço para aprender, testar ideias e evoluir rápido na carreira em QA.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Criar, executar e documentar casos de teste manuais e automatizados.
  • Realizar testes funcionais e não funcionais (performance, segurança, usabilidade, compatibilidade).
  • Conduzir testes de regressão após correções e novos releases.
  • Identificar, registrar e acompanhar defeitos em ferramentas de rastreamento.
  • Colaborar com desenvolvedores para esclarecer problemas e validar correções.
  • Apoiar na melhoria contínua de processos e rotinas de teste.
  • Contribuir para a qualidade e confiabilidade dos sistemas do Grupo Hinova.

Informações adicionais sobre o cargo:

  • Atuação 100% Presencial, com possibilidade de 2 dias de home office;
  • Carga Horária de 40h semanais (Segunda a Sexta);
  • Disponibilidade para atuação no bairro Funcionários/BH.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Ensino Superior em andamento em TI, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas.
  • Noções de princípios de teste de software e ciclo de vida de desenvolvimento.
  • Conhecimento básico de ferramentas de rastreamento de defeitos.

Vamos ficar feliz se você tiver:

  • Certificação ISTQB Foundation Level.
  • Experiência com automação de testes (Selenium, Appium ou similares).
  • Conhecimentos em SQL básico e conceitos de banco de dados.
  • Familiaridade com metodologias ágeis e diferentes tipos de teste.
  • Noções de linguagens como Swift, Kotlin, Java, Python ou JavaScript.
  • Pensamento analítico e raciocínio lógico; organização e atenção aos detalhes; comunicação clara (oral e escrita); colaboração e trabalho em equipe; proatividade e senso de urgência; resiliência e adaptabilidade frente a mudanças.
