O Grupo Hinova surgiu em 2007, em Belo Horizonte, a partir do sonho de três jovens que tinham anseio em oferecer soluções digitais para os setores de proteção veicular, rastreamento e associativismo. Hoje somos considerados uma das maiores organizações do país nesse ramo.

Contamos com 13 empresas no grupo que juntas somam mais de 300 colaboradores e queremos que você faça parte dessa jornada de sucesso conosco. Estamos buscando um(a) Assistente de Desenvolvimento Júnior para apoiar nosso time na qualidade, customização e publicação de aplicativos Android e iOS. Você vai atuar em um ambiente colaborativo, aprendendo com profissionais experientes e participando de todo o ciclo de vida dos apps.

Responsabilidades e atribuições

  • Apoiar customização de apps (white label) para Android e iOS.
  • Executar testes, QA e homologação, registrando evidências.
  • Ajudar na correção de bugs simples e ajustes de código.
  • Publicar e atualizar apps nas lojas (Google Play / App Store).
  • Registrar, direcionar e acompanhar chamados de suporte inicial.
  • Manter documentação, registros e relatórios organizados.
  • Seguir padrões, ferramentas e boas práticas de qualidade e segurança.

Informações adicionais sobre o cargo:

  • Carga Horária de 40h semanais (Segunda a Sexta);
  • Atuação Híbrida, sendo 02 dias de home office;
  • Disponibilidade para atuação no bairro Funcionários/BH.

Requisitos obrigatórios:

  • Superior completo ou em andamento em TI ou áreas correlatas (ADS, SI, Computação etc.).
  • Conhecimentos de lógica de programação.
  • Familiaridade com linguagens mobile (Kotlin, Swift ou Java).
  • Pacote Office básico (Excel intermediário desejável).
  • Noções de ferramentas de versionamento e gestão de tarefas.

Vamos ficar feliz se você tiver:

  • Vivência de 1 ano (ex.: estágio) com desenvolvimento ou suporte em TI.
  • Experiência prática com desenvolvimento mobile (Android Studio, Xcode).
  • Atuação prévia com apps white label e customização de produtos.
  • Uso de Azure DevOps ou ferramentas similares (Jira, Trello, GitLab etc.).
  • Conhecimento de padrões e guidelines Google/Apple para publicação.
  • Perfil curioso, organizado e focado em melhoria contínua.
