Estamos em busca de um Analista de Implantação para auxiliar no processo de implantação de sistemas, plataformas e soluções tecnológicas, garantindo o suporte necessário às equipes e clientes durante todas as etapas.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Suas atividades serão:

  • Conduzir a implantação de sistemas e soluções tecnológicas, seguindo cronogramas, padrões e metodologias da área.
  • Realizar alinhamentos com clientes e equipes internas para garantir o andamento dos projetos.
  • Coletar, organizar e analisar dados, identificando tendências, riscos e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Prestar suporte técnico inicial e orientar usuários no processo de adaptação e uso do sistema.
  • Ministrar treinamentos e apoiar clientes na melhor utilização da solução, visando engajamento e fidelização.
  • Monitorar a performance e a jornada dos clientes, identificando antecipadamente desvios ou gargalos que possam impactar o sucesso.
  • Manter relacionamento próximo com clientes, compreendendo necessidades, objetivos e acompanhando interações e históricos.
  • Contribuir com a elaboração de materiais, procedimentos e melhorias contínuas, mantendo-se atualizado sobre os sistemas e suas evoluções.

Requisitos e qualificações

Buscamos uma pessoa com:

  • Experiência com implantação de sistemas ou atendimento técnico ao cliente;
  • Boa comunicação e habilidade de relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Capacidade analítica para levantamento de requisitos e resolução de problemas;
  • Facilidade para conduzir treinamentos e apresentações;
  • Pacote Office intermediário;
