Du bliver en del af vores salgsafdeling, hvor vi arbejder tæt sammen med kundeservice, teknisk support og back office.

Dine arbejdsopgaver bliver blandt andet:

  • Besvare kundehenvendelser via telefon, mail og chat.
  • Kontakte kunder, som allerede har vist interesse for Hiper.
  • Rådgive om den internetløsning, der passer bedst til kundens behov.
  • Arbejde med fastholdelse af eksisterende kunder.
  • Deltage i daglige briefs, træning og sparring.
