Requisitos e Qualificação:

Formação: Engenharia Elétrica, Mecânica, Civil e afins.

Desejável - Especialização em Gestão de Projetos

Inglês: Avançado (escrita, leitura e fala)

Excel avançado.

Conhecimento intermediário em AutoCAD 2D e 3D, Revit ou conhecimento em softwares de arquitetura, engenharia e design avançados.

Sólida experiência em projetos industriais de grande porte. Liderança técnica e estratégica de equipes multidisciplinares.

Conhecimento aprofundado de normas regulatórias (ANVISA, GMP, RDCs. Vivência na elaboração e análise crítica de URS, cronogramas e fluxos financeiros.

Experiência comprovada no setor farmacêutico ou indústrias reguladas e Experiência com metodologias PMBOK.

Conhecimento avançado em instalações farmacêuticas: sala limpa, HVAC, Clean Utilities, Black Utilities, Elétrica e Civil.

Utilização de CAD, CAM e CAE.

Vivência em desenvolvimento de projetos utilizando metodologia BIM.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições:

Liderar projetos estratégicos de alta complexidade, assegurando a integração entre áreas técnicas, regulatórias e operacionais.

Planejar e controlar todo o ciclo de vida do projeto, desde a concepção até a entrega final, com foco em inovação, performance e resultados.

Atuar como referência técnica na análise de viabilidade, tomada de decisão e resolução de problemas complexos.

Coordenar equipes internas e externas, garantindo a execução conforme escopo, prazo, custo e qualidade.

Representar a empresa em reuniões técnicas com fornecedores, clientes e órgãos reguladores.

Promover a melhoria contínua de processos e aplicação de lições aprendidas.

Avaliar e aprovar documentos técnicos e projetos executivos.

Apoiar a liderança na definição da estratégia de investimentos e priorização de portfólio de projetos

Elaborar e revisar projetos de máquinas, infraestrutura e layouts de processos produtivos conforme as normas vigentes;

Atualizar e elaborar cronogramas e indicadores relacionados aos novos projetos;

Entregar os projetos dentro dos prazos planejados, por meio de ferramentas de controle e acompanhamento, reuniões de trabalho e validações das entregas por etapa (ou fase) do projeto;

Planejar e acompanhar execução de atividades de instalação, movimentação, e construção dos projetos do portfólio;

Elaboração e revisão de desenhos técnicos, caderno de encargos e As Built e acervo técnico;

Elaboração de Memoriais descritivos, Especificação de requisito de usuário e Escopo técnico;

Gestão e padronização técnica dos documentos de engenharia do portifólio de projetos.
