About the Role

We're looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline and book qualified appointments. You'll handle inbound lead follow-up, conduct outbound outreach, qualify prospects, and book discovery calls for the sales team.

This is a high-activity, results-driven role. You'll be communicating with women who are interested in transforming their health and fitness, so empathy, clear communication, and genuine enthusiasm for the mission matter as much as sales skill. If you're a confident communicator, organized, and motivated by clear metrics and measurable results, this role is a strong fit.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads quickly and professionally across email, DM, and other channels, ensuring no lead waits or falls through the cracks
  • Qualify inbound prospects against defined criteria and move strong fits toward a discovery call
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, social media, and other channels to generate pipeline
  • Write personalized, non-spammy outreach that resonates with women interested in health, fitness, and sustainable body transformation
  • Follow up consistently on open threads and keep prospects engaged without being pushy
  • Book qualified discovery calls for the sales team with full context and qualification notes, coordinating scheduling and confirmations to reduce no-shows
  • Ensure clean, accurate handoffs so the sales team walks into every call fully prepared
  • Log all outreach activity, conversations, and lead status accurately in the CRM
  • Track activity volume, response rates, and appointment-set metrics, and meet daily and weekly outreach targets and monthly booking goals

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in sales development, outbound outreach, or lead generation with a track record of booking qualified appointments
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a warm, confident, and professional tone
  • Comfortable communicating with a predominantly female audience about health, fitness, and personal transformation in a way that feels genuine and supportive rather than salesy
  • Organized and disciplined, with clean CRM habits and consistent follow-through on every open lead
  • Self-directed and motivated by clear metrics, able to hit daily activity targets independently
  • Resilient and persistent without being aggressive

Nice to Have

  • Experience in health, wellness, fitness, or coaching sales
  • Background working in a high-growth DTC or coaching business
  • Familiarity with women's health, nutrition, or strength training as a topic area
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms

Work Schedule

  • 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive
  • This position operates on a full-time basis, with dedicated hours to ensure alignment with the team and delivery of quality work
  • Availability during US business hours

Compensation & Time Off

  • Compensation paid in USD
  • Paid bi-monthly on the 15th and 30th
  • Paid Time Off according to company policy
  • Holidays observed according to company guidelines
