The posting

Om uppdraget: SCB håller på med ett projekt för att ta fram en ny beräkningsplattform för statistikberäkningar. En del av det projektet är att ta fram en gemensam plattform för ML lösningar. Uppdraget omfattar design, implementation och förvaltning av en on-premises MLOps-plattform för statistikproduktion. Plattformen består av flera mikrotjänster som samverkar för att ge datavetare och statistiker en självbetjäningsportal med tillgång till utvecklingsmiljöer, experimentspårning, arbetsprocess hantering, säker dataåtkomst och en CI/CD-pipeline från utveckling till produktion.

Arbetet omfattar infrastrukturdesign, säkerhet, automatisering av onboarding, övervakningslösningar samt vidareutveckling av plattformens tjänster i takt med verksamhetens behov. Uppdraget kräver stor flexibilitet att individen har förmåga att växla mellan olika roller beroende på projektets fas, inklusive fullstack-utvecklare, arkitekt, MLOps-ingenjör, scrum master och team lead.

Skallkrav:

  • Minst ett (1) års erfarenhet av ML/AI utveckling med pytorch tensorflow.
  • Minst ett (1) års erfarenhet av att sätt upp MLOps.
  • Minst ett (1) års erfarenhet av Onyxia integration.
  • Minst ett (1) års erfarenhet av att arbeta med MLFlow.
  • Kompetensnivå 4

Börkrav:

  • Domänkunskap inom ekonomisk statistik.
  • C# programmering, Implementerat en C# lösning i minst ett (1) stort och komplext projekt.
  • Erfarenhet av docker container, implementerat minst en docker container lösning.
  • Erfarenhet av kubernetes och att sätta upp orkestrering av en komplex kontainermiljö I Kubernetes.
  • Erfarenhet av rabbitMQ och av att implementera en lösning där köhanteraren Rabbit MQ var en delkomponent.
  • Erfarenhet av python programmering och av att ha programmerat i Python i ett utvecklingsprojekt.
  • Erfarenhet av R programmering och av att ha programmerat i R i ett utvecklingsprojekt.
  • Erfarenhet av optuna hantering och av att ha använt ramverket Optuna i ett utvecklingsprojekt
